Everyone had a ton of fun at our Family Feud game in conjunction with our Who Do You Say We Are reveal party to end our yearlong discernment campaign. Now that the hard work is over, we were able to kick back and celebrate this place that we all love so much! And it was Forest Park’s birthday as well (Happy 32nd!).
The evening kicked off with Franklin Birt (and his daughters) singing some great songs such as John Denver and the Eagles, we enjoyed pizza and some celebratory cake and played a little bingo and family feud. While the bingo was tame, the family feud got just a tad raucous! It was a nail bitter but in the end the Hemm family team took home the win. Unfortunately they couldn’t pull out enough points in the final round so they didn’t take home the big prize. All in all it was a great evening together celebrating this church and the work that we all completed this year! Now let’s look forward to next year and what that will bring!
